Nurse Advice Line

Most health plans offer a 24-hour nurse advice line. If you are a Health Plan member, call the nurse advice line listed on your Member ID card. Registered nurses are available to answer your questions and give you advice on where to go and what to do about an earache, sore throat, cough, cold, flu or other symptoms. Learn more.


Extended Hours
AltaMed Los Angeles and Orange County Locations

Did you know that AltaMed offers extended hours to address your medical needs? Come in during extended hours for primary care, radiology, laceration repair, splinting/casting, minor biopsies, and other minor procedures. AltaMed’s schedule of extended hours.


Urgent Care Facilities

AltaMed now offers its managed care members access to Urgent Care facilities. Call us after regular clinic hours and your call will be routed to an on-call provider who may refer you, as necessary, to one of our contracted Urgent Care centers. List of AltaMed Urgent Care facilities.
