is an icon in the community. We have a tradition of collaborating
with local agencies, schools, hospitals, and elected official
offices on health fairs, flu shot clinics, and immunization
campaigns. We host AltaMed Community Days at our own sites
as well as at nearby Parks & Recreation locations. Our
goal is to promote wellness and help families secure a permanent
medical and dental home and/or support service such as adult
day health care, home care, or care management. Learn more
